Refund Policy

At Radiant Innovation Studio (Radiant Innovation LLC), we are committed to client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are available for our web design services and digital packages. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Service Packages

Full refund (100%): If you cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase and no work has been initiated, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Partial refund (50%): If work has begun (discovery calls, research, or define-phase documents delivered) and you cancel between days 3 and 14, we will refund 50% of the purchase price, reflecting the work already performed.

No refund: Once the design phase has commenced (mockups, wireframes, or any visual deliverable shared), or after 14 days from purchase — whichever comes first — no refund will be issued. All work completed to date will be delivered to you.

Exceptions & Special Circumstances

Technical failures: If we are unable to deliver your project due to a technical error or failure on our part, we will offer a full refund regardless of project stage.

Duplicate charges: If you have been charged twice for the same order, we will immediately refund the duplicate charge.

Service not as described: If the delivered work is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either revise the work to meet the original specification at no cost or issue an appropriate refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@radiantinnovationstudio.com with:

  • Your full name and email address used for the purchase
  • Your order or invoice number
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any supporting documentation (if applicable)

We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and provide a decision within 3 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal). Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank. We have no control over your bank's processing times.

Stripe processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30¢) are non-recoverable on partial refunds. For full refunds requested within 48 hours, we absorb the processing fee.

Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and without the need for a formal dispute. If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute it by providing the applicable service delivery evidence. Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to appropriate authorities.
